A group of us went hunting this year up near Strawberry Reservoir. The hunt started out great, perfect temperature, sunny with clouds and come noon the first day of the hunt it turned to snow and rain. The snow and rain never let up which caused for a very cold and exhausting few days. The last day of our hunt we spotted our first buck at about noon, we all spotted this buck at about 5 o' clock in the evening. Daniel took the shot from about 350 yards out, after which, four of the guys took off up the hill to finish the job when lo and behold it starts running down the far side of the mountain. Lou and I jumped in the truck to head it off, at which point I was able to get a clear shot. Great job, Dano!
